Site looks broken? How to clear cache and cookies

BlastBet looks weird, won't sign you in, or shows an old layout? Clearing cache and cookies for blastbet.com fixes most of these in under a minute.

TL;DR

When BlastBet looks broken — wrong layout, stuck sign-in, a blank game frame, or an old version of the site after we deployed — clear cache and cookies for blastbet.com and reload. It takes 30 seconds and fixes most "the site looks weird" reports. You'll need to sign in again after, and the first page load will be slightly slower while cache rebuilds.

When this helps

  • The site renders with a broken or stale layout (old CSS cached)
  • Sign-in is stuck, or you keep getting session errors
  • A game opens as a blank frame and never loads
  • After we shipped an update, you still see the old version
  • Generally: any time BlastBet looks "off" and a refresh didn't fix it

Clear cache by browser

Chrome (desktop)

  1. Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Cmd+Shift+Delete on Mac).
  2. Set Time range to Last hour — or All time if needed.
  3. Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  4. Click Clear data.
  5. Reload blastbet.com.

Safari (macOS)

  1. Safari menu → Settings (or Preferences) → Privacy.
  2. Click Manage Website Data.
  3. Search blastbet → select the entries → Remove.
  4. Close the panel and reload.

Firefox

  1. Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Cmd+Shift+Delete on Mac).
  2. Choose Everything, or Last hour.
  3. Check Cookies and Cache.
  4. Click Clear Now.

Edge

  1. Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete.
  2. Same as Chrome — pick a time range, check cookies and cached files, clear.
  3. Reload.

Mobile equivalents

iOS Safari

  1. Settings app → SafariClear History and Website Data.
  2. Confirm.
  3. This clears data for all sites, not just BlastBet — that is an iOS limitation.

Android Chrome

  1. Open Chrome → tap the menu (three dots) → HistoryClear browsing data.
  2. Pick a time range.
  3. Check Cookies and site data and Cached images and files.
  4. Tap Clear data.

After clearing

  • You'll need to sign in to BlastBet again — have your password handy.
  • The first page load will be slightly slower while the cache rebuilds.
  • The site should now look correct.

Watchouts

  • Cookies clear globally. Clearing cookies signs you out of every site in that browser, not just BlastBet. If you only want to flush BlastBet, use Safari's Manage Website Data, or set the time range to Last hour in Chrome and Firefox.
  • Leave passwords unchecked. Don't tick the "Passwords" option unless you really mean to — and unless you have them saved elsewhere. People lock themselves out of accounts this way.
  • If clearing didn't help, try incognito. An extension is the next most likely cause — ad blockers, privacy tools, and script blockers regularly break game iframes and sign-in flows. Incognito mode disables them.
