KYC: what you need before the first withdrawal
Interac withdrawals are restricted to Canadian residents, and KYC is fully required before your first cash-out. You'll be asked for four things directly inside the withdrawal flow:
- First name — exactly as it appears on your bank account
- Last name — exactly as it appears on your bank account
- Phone number — verified
- Interac email address — the email that will receive the e-Transfer
The Interac email is the field most players get wrong. It's labeled "Interac Email address" in the form and is the address registered with your bank for receiving e-Transfers — not necessarily your BlastBet login email. If the two emails differ, that's normal.
How to withdraw with Interac

Things to watch for
- Wagering must be complete. If you have an active bonus, finish the wagering requirement before requesting a withdrawal. Withdrawing early forfeits the bonus balance.
- Names must match. The first and last name in KYC must match your bank account exactly, otherwise the e-Transfer can be rejected.
