Disconnected mid-game: what happens to my bet?

Lost your connection during a BlastBet round? Your bet is safe — outcomes are decided on the provider's server, not your device. Here's how to check.

TL;DR

A dropped connection cannot make your bet disappear. Every round is decided on the game provider's server, not on your device. When you sign back in, the outcome and the updated balance are already waiting in Account → Game History. This applies to slots, crash games, live dealer tables, and RNG table games. If a result ever looks wrong, the provider's audit log has the receipts.

What happens by game type

Game typeWhat happens on disconnect
SlotsSpin completes on the server. Re-open the game to see the result; the balance is already updated.
Crash games (Aviator and similar)If you placed a bet and did not cash out before disconnect, the round runs as if you held. Some providers offer auto-cashout on disconnect — check Game History for the actual exit.
Live casinoBet stands. Interactive choices default to a safe action per provider rules. Your seat may be released after about 5 minutes away.
Table games (RNG)The hand auto-completes server-side per provider rules. The result is shown when you return.

How to check what happened

  1. Sign back in to BlastBet. Use the same account you were playing with.
  2. Open Account → Game History. You will see the session list with timestamps.
  3. Find the round. Filter by game name or scroll to the time of the disconnect.
  4. Read the outcome. Stake, multiplier or hand result, and payout are all listed. Your balance already reflects this.
  5. Cross-check your balance. Compare the balance after the round with what you had before the bet — the difference is the net result.

If something seems off

A mismatch is rare, but here is how to resolve one fast:

  • Note the round ID — it is on the line in Game History.
  • Note the exact timestamp — date, hour, minute.
  • Contact support with: the game name, the round ID, the timestamp, your expected result, and the actual result shown.
  • We pull the provider's audit log and reconcile against the round outcome on their side. Your bet is never lost to a connection issue — the provider records every round.

Watchouts

  • Don't retry the round. If the screen never updated, your bet may already be settled. Check Game History before placing another bet — otherwise you can pay twice for what looks like the same spin.
  • Live dealer seats time out. If you are gone more than about 5 minutes, the seat may be released. The settled round still counts; you just rejoin the lobby.
  • Bonus features save state. Free spins, pick-and-click, and similar features are saved by the provider and resume next session in almost all cases.
