TL;DR

BlastBet does not currently expose break or self-exclusion toggles in the account UI. To pause play, contact support via the Crisp chat widget on the site or support@blastbet.com from the address tied to your account. Ask for a cooling-off (short, time-bound break) or self-exclusion (longer, firmer block). Once support confirms, login and marketing are disabled for the agreed period. Pending withdrawals still process, so you keep your funds. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed early.

Cooling-off vs self-exclusion

Use a cooling-off when you want a short pause and to come back automatically. Use self-exclusion when you need a longer, firmer commitment.

How to request a break

  1. Message support. Open the Crisp chat widget on the site (bottom-right), or email support@blastbet.com from the address tied to your account.
  2. State what you want. Ask for a cooling-off or self-exclusion. If you are not sure which fits, describe the situation and support will recommend an option.
  3. Agree on the duration. Support proposes a length based on what you describe. Confirm in the same chat or email thread.
  4. Answer any identity check. Support may ask to confirm it is really you — reply from the same email or chat session.
  5. Done. Support disables login and marketing for the agreed period. You will receive a confirmation message.

What changes during the block

  • Login is disabled. You will see a message explaining when access returns.
  • Marketing emails stop. No promotional emails or push notifications.
  • Pending withdrawals still process. Anything you submitted before the block continues normally, so your funds are not stuck.
  • Active bonuses are forfeited unless wagering completes before the block starts. Finish wagering first if you want to keep the bonus.

How to reactivate

  • Cooling-off reopens the account automatically when the agreed period ends. No action needed.
  • Self-exclusion does not auto-reopen. After the period ends, contact support and request reactivation — the account stays disabled until you do. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reactivated.

Things to watch for

  • Do not open a second account. Creating a new account while excluded violates the terms and is detected — we link accounts by ID, payment method and device.
  • Active wagering bonuses are lost. If you have bonus funds in play, finish wagering before requesting the block or accept the forfeit.
  • Use the right channel. Crisp chat (in-site) and email support@blastbet.com are the only valid channels. Social DM requests are redirected to chat or email.
  • Email must match your account. Requests sent from another address cannot be processed for security reasons.
  • Once confirmed by support, the block is final. Be sure before confirming.
