TL;DR

BlastBet has two sign-in methods: email + password or Google one-click sign-in. If you forgot your password, use the reset link sent to your email — it is valid for 1 hour. If you originally signed up with Google, there is no password to reset; sign in with Google instead. Most other login errors come down to a typo, an unverified email, or a 15-minute lockout after repeated wrong attempts.

Sign-in methods

You can sign in to BlastBet in one of two ways:

  • Email + password: the account you created with your email address and a chosen password.
  • Google OAuth: one-click sign-in linked to your Google account. No BlastBet password is stored for these accounts.

Your email is the primary identifier for your account either way. If you signed up with Google, your email is read from your Google profile.

How to reset your password

  1. Go to the sign-in page and click "Forgot password?".
  2. Enter your email — the same one you registered with.
  3. Open the reset email. It is sent through our transactional email system (Customer.io) and usually arrives within a minute. Check spam if you do not see it.
  4. Click the reset link. Links are valid for 1 hour. After that you will need to request a new one.
  5. Set a new password. We recommend 8 characters or more, mixing letters, numbers, and symbols.
  6. Sign back in with your new password.

Signing in with Google

If you signed up with Google, just click Continue with Google on the sign-in page and pick your account. There is no password to remember and no reset flow — your access is tied to your Google account.

If you lose access to that Google account, you will need to recover the Google account first, then return to BlastBet.

Troubleshooting login errors

  • "Wrong password": run the password reset flow. Caps Lock and autofill from old passwords are the usual culprits.
  • "Account not found": confirm the spelling of your email. If you originally signed up with Google, switch to Continue with Google.
  • "Account locked": too many wrong attempts. Wait 15 minutes, then try again or reset your password. Contact support if the lock persists.
  • "Email not verified": check your inbox for a verification email and click the link inside.
  • "Reset link expired": request a new one from the sign-in page. Links are one-time use and expire after 1 hour.
  • New device confirmation: signing in from a new device or browser may trigger a confirmation email — approve it to continue.

Things to watch for

  • Email and Google accounts are separate. Signing in with Google when your account was created with email creates a new, empty account. Always use the method you signed up with.
  • Reset emails sometimes land in spam. Check there before contacting support, and mark BlastBet as a trusted sender.
  • No 2FA yet. Use a strong unique password and protect the email mailbox tied to your account.
  • Phishing warning. BlastBet will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone. Ignore anyone who does.
