TL;DR
A rejected or reversed withdrawal at BlastBet is almost always fixable. Your funds are returned to your balance in full, the rejection reason is logged in Account → Transactions, and most issues — KYC, active bonus, wrong address or network — clear up as soon as you correct them and resubmit. The list below covers the seven most common causes and what to do for each.
Common rejection reasons
| Reason | What it means |
|---|---|
| Incomplete KYC | Missing first name, last name, phone, or ID document. Interac always needs full KYC. |
| Active bonus with incomplete wagering | Withdrawing mid-wagering forfeits the bonus and any winnings from it. |
| Wallet address format | Address is not valid for the chosen network. |
| Wrong network | Address looks valid but belongs to a different chain. |
| Suspected irregular play | BlastBet may pause or void if the play pattern looks fraudulent. |
| Source of funds (SoF) review | Larger amounts can trigger a documentation request. |
| Bank rejection (Interac) | Your bank flagged the e-Transfer — it must be resent or routed to a different account. |
What to do for each
- KYC issue: open Account → Verification, complete the missing fields, then retry the withdrawal.
- Active bonus: finish the wagering requirement, or accept the forfeiture, before submitting again.
- Address or network: triple-check the format and the chain on the destination side. Copy the address fresh and resubmit.
- SoF request: send the documents support asks for promptly — recent deposit history, payslip or employer letter, bank statement.
- Bank rejection (Interac): try a different Interac email if you have one, or use a different funding account.
- Irregular play or fraud flag: contact support with your withdrawal reference. We will explain what was flagged and what is needed to release the funds.
How to appeal or retry
If you receive a reversal, the funds land back in your balance — they are not lost. Open Account → Transactions, find the reversed entry, and read the reason. Fix the underlying cause, then submit a new withdrawal. If the reason is unclear or the second attempt fails for the same reason, contact support with the withdrawal reference and we will walk you through the next step.
Watchouts
- Always check Account → Transactions first. The rejection reason is written there before you contact support.
- Do not start a new bonus while a previous withdrawal is under review — it can complicate the case.
- Keep your KYC documents readable and current. Expired IDs are the most common cause of repeat KYC rejections.
