How long is the password reset link valid?

The reset link is valid for 1 hour from the moment BlastBet sends it. If it expires, just request a new one from the sign-in page.

I signed up with Google — can I reset a password?

No. Google sign-in does not use a BlastBet password. Your access is tied to your Google account, so manage your password from Google instead.

Why does BlastBet say "Account not found"?

Double-check the spelling of your email. If you originally signed up with Google, use the "Continue with Google" button instead of entering an email and password.

What if my account is locked after wrong attempts?

Too many wrong passwords trigger a 15-minute cooldown. Wait it out, then try a reset. If you still cannot get in, contact support.

Does BlastBet support two-factor authentication?

Not yet. 2FA is on the roadmap. In the meantime, use a strong unique password and keep your email account secure.
